Procedures

All Sales are Final. All Packages are Non-Refundable. All In-Studio Session Packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. 
 
All Clients are required to fill out and sign the following: Health History (PAR-Q) Form, Personal Training Agreement Terms and Conditions Form, Waiver, Release, & Assumption of Risk Form.



Ideal weekly training plan for optimal results is at least one to two personal training sessions and at least two additional training days on your own each week. 
 
Cancellations

Require a 24 Hour Notice for Cancellations. Session will be rescheduled within the week it was cancelled if notified 24 hours prior to your session time. All sessions not canceled within 24 hours will be charged. No Exceptions, unless there is an legitimate extreme or medical emergency.

 

All "No Shows" will be charged. Please have the courtesy to call or text if you are unable to make it to your session.

Again, I understand there can be Extreme Emergency or Medical Emergency Situations where there will be discretion.

This includes, without limitation, injuries resulting from (a) your use of exercise equipment, (b) improper form, or (c) at-home training environments.

 

5. Results Disclaimer: As an IFBB Pro, I provide the exact methods I used to achieve my results. However, results vary significantly among individuals due to genetics, lifestyle, and dedication. Testimonials shared are real but do not guarantee typical results.
