With a Bachelor of degree in Fine Arts, I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Health Wellness Coach, and a IFBB Pro Masters Bikini Competitor.

 

My mission is to help you find balance in your healthy lifestyle so you can achieve maintain your desired results. Whether you're looking to lose body fat, build lean muscle, enhance your exercise performance, compete in a bodybuilding competition, learn gym basics, stay active, or feel confident in a wedding dress or suit, I'm here to support you in reaching your goals!

MY STORY

I’ve been in and out of the gym since my teenage years. Over the years, I enjoyed sports, Pilates, yoga, running, and resistance training. But despite my efforts, I constantly found myself in a cycle—losing 10 pounds only to gain 15 back. It was a relentless yo-yo. Every time I slipped into old habits, the weight would come back quickly.

As I approached the big “4-0,” reality hit hard.

While preparing for a family trip to Universal Studios in Florida, I decided to try on my summer clothes two weeks before the vacation. None of my shorts fit—not even halfway up my thighs. When I turned to look in the mirror, I was shocked. I had gained over 20 pounds. That was my wake-up call. I wasn’t sleeping well, I felt constantly exhausted, and even climbing a flight of stairs left me breathless.

That day, I decided it was time for a serious change. I committed to making fitness and wellness a permanent part of my life—not after the trip, not next Monday. I started the very next day and haven’t looked back since.

I understand what it’s like to struggle with time, energy, and motivation. That’s why I believe being a great trainer and coach takes more than just passing a certification exam. It requires empathy, strong communication, active listening, and keen observation. My mission is to help others break free from the "yo-yo train" and discover a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle—just like I did.
