Christina is all about empowering others to live a fit and healthy lifestyle using “realistic” methods for long term results. Training are created by me and are customized to your individual needs and goals.
I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Arts, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a NPC Masters Bikini Competitor at the National Level. My goal is to help you find balance with a healthy lifestyle so you can achieve the results you want and maintain them.
If you want to shed of unwanted body fat, gain lean muscle mass, improve exercise performance, learn gym basics, exercise during pregnancy, or just want to look good in a wedding dress or bathing suit I will help you reach your goals.

MY STORY
I’ve always have been in and out of the gym since I was a teen.I enjoyed sports, pilates, yoga, running and resistance training throughout the years. However, I would lose 10 pounds and gain 15 pound back. It was a constant yo-yo. The pounds would quickly come back as I fell back into old bad habits. When I was approaching the big “40” it hit hard.
As I was preparing for a family vacation to Universal Studios in Florida. Two weeks before the trip I decided to try on all of my shorts just to make sure they would fit. I could not one pair half way up my thighs. I turned and looked in the mirror at my backside and I was in disbelief. I had gained over 20 lbs. It was my moment of realization that I had to do something. I was not sleeping well. I felt tired all the time. Could not go up a flight of stairs without breathing heavy. So, I made a complete lifestyle change making fitness and wellness an infinite part of my life. I didn’t wait til after the trip. I didn’t wait for a Monday. I started that very next day and have never looked back since.
I can relate with all struggling to find time, energy and the willpower to make complete lifestyle change. I understand it takes more than just passing a test to be a good trainer and coach. It takes understanding, superb communication skills, active listening, and imperative observation. My ultimate goal is to help others learn how to live better and eat healthier overcoming the "Yo Yo Train" as I did.
